Allen Jones has lived in San Francisco since 1960.

In the course of his activism on other matters concerning San Francisco, Jones noticed, and was surprised, as a 49er fan to hear that in December 2011, the NFL had loaned the San Francisco 49ers $200 million to build a new stadium 35 miles south of San Francisco.

Aware of the NFL’s "Commitment to the Community Letter" dated June 15, 2011 made it even harder to believe. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell promised to support communities that support the NFL. But six months later, in December 2011, the NFL owners voted to loan the 49ers $200 million to leave the Black community of San Francisco that had supported the team for the last 40 years of the team's 67 years being in the city.

Jones firmly believes any sports team has the right to take its business anywhere it can make the most profit. However, there is a right way to leave and a wrong way to leave. Jones believes something was seriouly wrong with how the team moved away from San francisco's struggling Black community.

Looking into the matter further, Jones discovered more blatant hypocrisy by elected city officials of San Francisco concerning the 49er departure. That has caused Jones to revolt as a fan of not only the 49ers but also as a fan of "Everyone's favorite city."

In respect for the struggling Bayview Hunters Point where Candlestick Park was located and respect for the name San Francisco, Jones felt the duty to fight back.

This site was created for the purpose of chronicling racism as viewed by its creator, of, the SF 49ers owner Denise York's now successful relocating of the team out of San Francisco. SF 49er Fan Revolt will continue to track racism on this same site as perpetrated by San Francisco City Hall, until major changes occur in policy decisions that affect the SF Black community.

My view on the strange story of former SF Assistant District Attorney Paul Henderson and how he became an aid to San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee, instead of what he was trained to do, prosecute.

Paul denies a deal to work for Mayor Ed Lee

Former San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris win the November 2010 race to become California's Attorney General. She taps seasoned prosecutor Paul Henderson to finish out the remainder of her term as SF District Attorney. But only the mayor can appoint the DA.

The mayor of San Francisco at the time was Gavin Newsom who in that same 2010 election won the post of Lt. Governor of California. Before he leaves office, this so-called champion of gay causes is looking to make a final appointment before he leaves SF City Hall. The entire city knows that Henderson a gay man with 20 years of law experience is the front runner for the appointment to finish the remainder of the term held by Harris.

We have a Poice chief named George Gascon who has a law license but many reports that he never or barely used it. The two hatch a plan that I quite frankly think anyone who believes it is an idiot.

Newsom claims that he offered the job of DA to the SF Police Chief because he could not find a suitable replacement for the out-going DA.

In other words, the former mayor of San Francisco does not believe that a Black gay lawyer with 20 years experience and most of that in the San Francisco District Attorney's office is less qualified than a police chief who has never tried one case.

That my friends is both politics and racism.

UPDATE: On March 30, 2016, I discovered that former San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, has endorced Paul Henderson for judge.

Mr. Newson, if Mr. Henderson was not qualified to be DA when you selected George Gascon a man who had never tried one case, why is Mr. Henderson now qualified to be judge, in your opinion?
